Excellent experience. The staff are genuinely nice and made our experience especially pleasant. While our car was there we were kept informed via email with all the details of what repairs where needed and being done. The completed repairs brought our beloved Alfa back how we remembered the car when it was brand new.
Great dealership to deal with. Were not pushy but did keep in touch. Happy with my car and them. Gary was great too. Addendum: The accounting department has really dropped the ball unfortunately. I’m sitting here 30 days from purchase and they haven’t sent a check to my prior bank to pay off the car I had traded in. I’ve made one full payment since and another soon. My car is in for a/c issues. They have kept me informed of what they are doing and any other issues they have found. January 2019 Had to have my car taken in for a dead battery. Alfa of New Orleans is great! They replaced the battery, reset everything and checked for any updates. They kept me informed and the work was done promptly. They are the best!
