Worst customer service from a dealership I’ve ever experienced. Tried to return a leased car today. Was told no problem, no appointment needed. Called TWICE to ensure this. Showed up today and was turned away by a seriously nasty Sales person. Even when Service said they could help Sales said NO, lot is full. (Hey, that would have been nice to know when we called THIS MORNING and they said sure, come on down.) Sales and Service don’t communicate. They literally argued in front of us. They are true Fiat and Alfa Romeo enthusiasts and supporters of the brand. They really know and understand these cars. You owe it to yourself to visit and see for yourself.
This is an early review of this dealership.......... I just picked up my new vehicle on Sunday, the delivery went well, but as it turns out I was misinformed of the inclusion of a number of options that were important to me. Such as I was told that all 2018s include Android Play. Well that was a bunch of bull because I just spoke to someone else that says No not on my model. *** Buyer Beware *** I guess you can not trust salesmen.
