***Update November 4th*** After emailing the dealership last week for an update they failed to provide one. On November 3rd I spoke with Zane who was not aware of the status still. He said he would talk to accounting and get back to me right away. No response. Today I have called the manager again and have left a message with their accounting department for an update. So I got my first car home here 2 years ago now and full honesty not the best experience the sales team had some work to do but they did get me to buy my first car credit to them. The service team especially with Alfred at the wheel has been nothing but outstanding. The guy is amazingly empathetic. Which is exactly what I needed being a first owner who knew nothing of what comes after. S/O to him and his service team. I definitely recommend they'll take good care of you

If Rocco Tumillo is still working in finance I suggest you get a second opinion and don’t sign anything until you can review it with someone else. And if Zane is the manager, know that when I brought up the fact that Rocco was inflating prices and saying that he couldn’t cancel extended warranties he acknowledged he knew and had to send him home for doing it to four other customers. I’m still two months into waiting for my reimbursement to my principal loan that they owe me. Think twice about dealing with this dealership.
