Really loved this salon. Brooklyn, the front desk, made it easy to book an appointment and is extremely personable. Jae, the owner, cut my hair. She is professional and a great stylist. She listened and gave me a great cut. It is a comfortable , friendly and fun salon. I totally recommend it !
My daughter loves going to Taylor! Her hair always turns out beautiful.
The initial dye was gorgeous but faded almost entirely after 10 days. I was refused a partial refund because they said she used the pool even though she got her hair wet and put on conditioner like she was instructed to do by the stylist. (They never warned her the color would be stripped within 10 days if she went into the pool). My daughter also stopped shampooing weekly to keep the color. What a wonderful experience I had at Alfa Jae! This salon is different than all of the other salons I researched because I feel they treat hair like it is art canvas and their goal is to create a masterpiece. I highly recommend Alfa Jae Salon to everyone! Jae is truly an amazing artist when it comes to hair. She helped me gain so much confidence in myself and brought my vision to life! I will be back for all of my future hair care needs 🩷
