Worst level of communication and terrible professionalism by all parties. Owner(s) and staff. We had an entire brand new construction home installed with hardwood floors and is 100% defective. The floors move, buckle, make noises, grind, crack, shift, and are a complete travesty. We were told repeatedly for YEARS that the floors would be repaired!
