Today I spoke with Elaina and asked her for specific dates that the insurance company had not paid so I could call my insurance company to coordinate benefits. She at first gave me incorrect dates, upon calling back (after playing musical phones) for the correct dates, she then became irritated and did not want to go thru the account so I would have the correct information to provide my insurance company. This is her job and it is unacceptable to be rude! This is the first negative feedback I have given to any company...ever... read more
