I was very disappointed by our service tonight. We drive 1.5 hours because the chicken is amazing however after the service tonight I'm not sure we'll be back. Our waitress was annoyed because we wanted coke and the coke machine was out so they had to use 2 liters. We had to ask multiple times for a refill on water. She brought our breadsticks out but it was only half the order because they were out and making more, she said that she would bring more out when they were done. Good local place. My only complaint is that they need change their meatballs to being freshly made. They taste like rubber now...and they have the best pizza bread ever...I don't order their meatball sub anywhere because of this. I do order catering from here every 4th of July for a large party we throw. Also...if I'm Alex's mgmt, I would address negative or subpar complaints and reviews below...its low hanging fruit guys. A little attention goes a long way.
The frog legs are amazeballs the staff are friendly. Love that it's so close.

Website needs to be updated to include a menu. I was bummed they no longer carry a pizza I really had my heart set on! But the delivery staff was very nice polite and prompt.
I love there fried chicken breast an onion rings. Oh an breadsticks.
Great food and friendly service. Alex's is one of our favorites.
