I used Alex's cleaning services for a pre move-in apartment cleaning first. After the cleaning person had left I was disappointed in the work, told Alex, and he offered to have someone else come back to fix it which I really appreciated. I then had this service do another pre move-in apartment cleaning for me since the issue had been fixed last time and the owner had been so responsive, but again I was disappointed.
