Barbers would stop the haircut to talk with their friends, use their phone, mess with the tv, and generally not focused on giving a haircut. My barber forgot what he was giving me during my cut and had to ask. He gave me the worst haircut in my life, I had to fix it at another barber. It was uneven with my right side barely being cut compared to my left,straggly hairs all around, and not edged up well at all.
