Alexis is simply amazing and this is the 2nd time we have worked with her. As out of state buyers/sellers, she really makes the transactions and experience great. Using her world class contacts, she was able to get the property prepped very quickly. The property went under contract on the first weekend listed with multiple offers and we were able to sell it at list price. She was also able to help us get it sold without paying for any repairs or any buyer closing costs. Looking forward to doing more business soon!
