They were great at first, have been a resident for 2 almost three years, we have been through 3 different owners. Maintenance NEVER comes, and will say they fixed it, my heat has been broken going on the second winter now. Had to call 15x in one day to get simple things done. Very nice on the inside beautiful wood floors and countertops. Appliances don’t last very long, oven is still having issues. Paying WAY too much for WAY too little and can not wait to move. I do recommend these apartments but they are very over priced. So if you don't mind throwing your money away and appreciate a small but very nicely made apartment, this place is for you.
I had an issue with my keys for the gate entry and got it resolved very quickly on a Saturday. Very impressed.
Come rent here, put me down as a referral lol. This is a great community. Very safe and clean. They are always improving.
the alexis apartments provide great security along with clean luxury living keeping its occupants comfortable! I have enjoyed my time here and management has been more then helpful with any issues I may have which are none and Yvonne has been Great!!
I visit my friend in this property on a weekly basis, and am amazed on how clean the property is and the welcome feeling you get when you first walk into the unit. I happen to like the 2 bedroom layout, granite countertops and wood floors. Let me not forget the friendly staff in the leasing office, I walked into the office for information on a unit and was gladly welcomed in by Yvonne, she was very informative and explained everything in full detail down to the dog park, all in all I would recommend this property to anyone l... read more
