We went into the store looking for a birthday gift for me. I had purchasing a pendant in mind and there were so many to choose from and many were similar to what I already own. Then he showed me a diamond and sapphire ring and said they could create a one of a kind pendant from it. It is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for taking the time to let me look and without pressure, make up my mind about the selection. It is the perfect gift.
I absolutely highly recommend Alexis Diamond House for all of your jewelry needs! The owner was nothing short of wonderful and Tracy was kind and courteous and very helpful in the whole process! Most notably, I needed to size my fiancee's new ring and the master jeweler happen to live near me and the owner gave me his number to contact Hector on Saturday. Alex was fantastic from the moment he said hello! He was extraordinarily helpful in helping us choose the right ring. We went back and forth numerous times! Alex is creative, knowledgable and patient.. Which is everything we needed. He assisted us with designing a custom ring with rose and white gold topped with a spectacular diamond. I will be taking all of my jewelry purchases to Alezx from now on... And you should too.
