I found a great dress and veil there at a reasonable price. Alterations were not an issue and everything worked out perfectly! I cannot overstate how reasonable the prices were!
AMAZING. She works with you to find a dress that screams yes to you for your wedding. The owner is fantastic and very playful joking to make you feel comfortable about everything you look at. Owner is straight forward about everything. Couldn’t be more excited for my wedding now that I found my perfect wedding dress along with my wedding veil! Definitely a 5 Star place if you’re looking for locally family owned place.
I came in with a group of women to try on dresses as a bridesmaid. Not only did the store owner follow us through the whole store and not leave us alone for the whole time but she told me not to try on dresses that were tight so I didn’t rip them. The entire experience was very uncomfortable from how the owner behaved to how scary the actual building is. There is zero lighting and I thought I was going to die. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
The owner of this shop went the extra mile to see to it that my dress was perfect. Unlike the big bridal shops out there that are clearly more interested in making money then making the customer happy, Alex's Bridal made my experience a special one. The owner of the bridal shop is a hard working woman who I am very grateful for. I wouldn't want my dress in anyone else's hands!
Bought my wedding dress and a few other items here. Superb quality, and the manager was so nice and helpful. I really felt like I was treated well and that my expectations were exceeded. Would highly recommend this shop.
