I made an appointment for 2 hours after opening, and showed up, only for the shop to be locked ,nobody present and nobody answering the phone. Google listed them as open, and they accepted the appointment. That's just bad business. I don't know if they've closed or something, but if you're going to keep taking appointments, you should be open and if you aren't open, you should stop taking appointments on your website. This place is scamming people with an 8% credit card fee!! It’s illegal to profit from credit card fees, so they can only charge the amount incurred by the credit card company which we’ll say is 3%. But they charge 8% for what reason exactly? Sounds like a struggling business trying to save itself by robbing from the customers. They also pass this charge onto debit cards which is illegal, too.
