Great selection and quality of rugs. The Manager, Courtney Rutledge went above and beyond to provide awesome service and expertise.
We're thrilled with the runners we had custom bound and installed by Alexanian Kingston. The store experts were a dream from the second we walked in -- I wanted something natural looking and done as a runner. They listened to the fact that we had dogs, and worked their providers to ensure we were getting the most durable to material that also matches our preference. This branch of Alexanian’s (Kingston) has fantastic customer service! Courtney was so patient with us and seemed to know when we needed help vs when to just leave us alone to make a decision. Zero pushiness and 100% attention to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. There was a mismarked sample which made it difficult to locate our selected rug, but Courtey was like a dog with a bone until he solved it. I would definitely buy here again.
We had a very positive experience with Courtney and the team at Alexanian in Kingston! We used them for a carpet runner on our main staircase. They came to the house and brought samples to try and match existing carpets in the house. They provided expert opinions and advice to help us make the best choice for our particular staircase and individual needs. We ended up with a runner that was exactly what we wanted! Installation was fast and pricing was transparent. A 10/10 experience from start to finish!
So many issues with this company. First we went in to ask for a quote for our stairs and picked out our rug. The guy I believe was Dave said “about $1500” rug and install so we proceeded. Then he said we needed to pay a 70% deposit before they even came to measure our stairs and that 70% was $2000. We paid it assuming he estimated over till he measured.
