The worst sales experience I’ve ever had. The salesman disappeared after saying he would get samples and never came back. We waited 15 minutes, walking around the store holding flooring boards, completely ignored. Another salesman sat at his desk watching tennis and didn’t bother to ask if we needed help. Unprofessional and disrespectful — avoid this place.
EDIT: I was able to resolve the issue with my order and return the product, but unfortunately due to company policy they did not refund the restocking fee (35%). My sales associate (Ned) was very helpful in assisting me through this process. I have updated my review accordingly. Ned Duzenli was extremely helpful finding us an area rug that would be durable enough for grandsons and dogs! He was very knowledgeable!

I had a terrible experience purchasing engineered hardwood floor for our new home from Alexanian. When I purchase the flooring on May 10, I was told that the product would be ready in 2-3 weeks. However, after three weeks had passed with no updates, I called and was told that the product was delayed, and would be another 2.5 weeks (ready June 18).
