We are very pleased with our most recent experience with Alexanian. The technician, Luca, was on time, extremely courteous and the carpet and stairs look great.
We've bought flooring from the Eglinton Ave E store twice now and both have been extremely positive experiences. Professional, pleasant and helpful. Special shout out to Ned who assisted us in purchasing our new wood flooring. He was so friendly and helpful. If you're in the market for flooring, make sure you consider purchasing here.
We have shopped at this store many times and we always find something we like for a good price. This time was no exception. Imitiyaz (Imti) was a great help and in the end we found an area rug that was exactly 2 times the size we needed. So, we decided to split the rug in half and get 2 (one as a back up). We did not anticipate such as fast turnaround, but the rug was ready in less than a week and we were very happy with the work. We purchased carpet from Alexanian's for three bedrooms and the hallway. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in measuring one of the bedrooms and they had to reorder carpet, delaying the completion of the job for a week. The first two installers did a very nice job with the installation. Seams were done well and are totally invisible. Sadly the guy who came back to do the bedroom was not so good. Had a great experience with the people from the Eglinton Ave store. Sydney knows a lot about carpets! She gave us great advice on how to replace our existing carpets and what to replace it with. Çambol and his partner did a great job taking out the old carpet and installing the new one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
