We had 3 bedroom carpets replaced. The whole experience from the start with getting a quote to installation was great. Quick turnaround from quote to installation. Installers were fantastic. Courteous of our home and they did a fantastic job. Moved all the large furniture. Definitely will return for my future carpet needs.
Needed an old carpet cleaned. Very knowledgeable, experienced and informed. Very professional, patient and kind. Wonderful experience. Alexanian will be my goto for my other carpet needs. Happy customer.
I recently used Alexanian to clean two area rugs and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. Initially, I spoke with both Laidy and Dakota, at the Hamilton cleaning location, who are very professional and answered all of my questions. They made the process very easy for me. The rugs were properly cleaned, repaired and delivered. I am very happy with the final outcome.
I am waiting four months to get my carpet delivery. How can a company sell carpet when they cannot deliver it in any timely manner?!
The worst sales experience I’ve ever had. The salesman disappeared after saying he would get samples and never came back. We waited 15 minutes, walking around the store holding flooring boards, completely ignored. Another salesman sat at his desk watching tennis and didn’t bother to ask if we needed help. Unprofessional and disrespectful — avoid this place.
