I had a terrible experience purchasing engineered hardwood floor for our new home from Alexanian. When I purchase the flooring on May 10, I was told that the product would be ready in 2-3 weeks. However, after three weeks had passed with no updates, I called and was told that the product was delayed, and would be another 2.5 weeks (ready June 18). Ned was a pleasure to deal. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Cambell installed the stair runner and was also a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job.
Third time purchasing wall to wall carpet from Alexanian on Eglinton East. For our most recent purchase we were not happy with the quality of carpet installed. Ned was able to address our concerns and quickly provide us with a replacement. Communication and installation have always been great with this company. Our previous carpets lasted and looked great for many years. We love our new carpet and really appreciate Ned’s excellent customer service.
We had great service from Analisa at the Leaside store. Our carpet was delivered and installed in a very short time without any problems.
