We’ve been considering replacing our aging carpet with luxury vinyl for some time. We’ve been reluctant to do it because we thought we would have the task of moving all the furniture from the rooms. I had my entire main floor and staircase redone here. It was a positive experience until they got my down payment. Then suddenly communication was difficult - we couldn't get straight answers to basic questions. Nobody came to our house ahead of the job to assess it as we were told they would, and consequently the whole job ended up being a mess to schedule and get done all of it completely, properly, and in a timely manner.
