I have had my area rugs cleaned by Alexanian carpets and they did a great job. My oriental wool carpets came back clean and fresh. They also laid wall to wall carpet in a basement room and the job was done very well. The carpet was laid several years ago and it still looks great. Thank you.
Absolute worst experience ever. If something goes wrong they will leave you to live with their mess. Have filed a claim against them with the consumer protection agency(which is a long process). They had 4 months and 5 attempts to install the carpet it was still not installed properly. It is still only laid temporarily with most of it not stretched or tacked down fully and visible seams showing. I also still have doors off that they removed and were never rehung.
