I am so grateful for the service we got at Alexanian's. We had listed our house for sale and needed to replace carpets quickly. We walked in and immediately felt like they made our priority their priority. We found the carpet we were looking for a the price we wanted. The installation was smooth as professional, and the manager followed up more than once to make sure we were happy with everything and check if there was anything else we could do. I had the stairs carpeted in a patterned carpet. They are perfect!
Floors went down well. Stair railing was a mess! Loose posts, bullnose on the stairs didn't match the height of the flooring. Finally the railing installer couldn't be bothered to tighten the set screws at the base of the steel pickets. We enjoy the sound of pickets base covers rattling when we vacuum.
Super friendly staff and super helpful, Shant was very knowledgeable of their products and took the time to get to know what we want, our budget, and what would be the best for our needs! We replaced all the carpeting in our bedrooms, and the quality and speed with which it was done were impressive. We will likely go back again when it's time to work on the basement.
