Purchased vinyl plank flooring, Erik went above and beyond to assist me with bringing in the color from their supplier that I wanted, helping with giving me suggestions to ensure the floors had a professional finish.. by suggesting trim and such, personable, no pressure sales.. always replied to my questions .. the manager is extremely personable as well.. the floors look great .. installers estimated 3 day job and had it finished in two days .. very pleased.. thanks guys
The service from start to finish was fantastic. Very friendly staff in the store, no pressure to buy anything and lots of information. The installation date was flexible and the installers did a very professional job! Competitive prices, professional installation, great customer service. 5 stars, plus!!
Update July/25. Just bought another rug today and again couldn't be happier with Val and his crew and of course the rug! The staff at this store are really focused on making sure their customers are happy. The rug I bought this time was larger so a couple of guys they sent out delivered and installed it for me. Again excellent service and very reasonable pricing. We came to this store to purchase an 8 x 5 area rug and were pleased to find they had an impressive selection and the prices were very reasonable.
