We discovered this place when our church needed to replace our stage carpeting. Val took such good care of us. His installers were also top notch. They ended up doing a few other fixes while they were here. Since then I’ve been back to see Val for our own home and my parents home. Overwhelmingly pleased every time. So thankful we found them! Highly recommend!
We used Alexanian Guelph recently for our new carpets in our condo. From the begining to end they were great! The staff in the store were so friendly and not pushy at all! They were so helpful with our choice. Excellent service from start to finish for cleaning of an area carpet. From the first on line enquiry, to our in store experience, we were very impressed. Eric at the store was friendly and helpful, taking my rug to/from my car (we opted for drop off instead of pickup/delivery service). We were provided updates once the rug landed at their cleaning facility, and had the rug returned to the Guelph store once completed. Highly recommend based on the exceptional experience.
