Called and visited the store. Spoke to the owner Val and 2 other associates. All were very polite, professional and gave a lot of assistance. Purchased pet carpeting as we have a long haired dog whose fur gets caught in the carpet. Waited a couple of months to post to see how carpet handled the hair. Fur stayed on top and easy to pick up by hand and vacuum. Hair did not adhere to the carpet on the srairs. Well worth the visit. Installers were professional, courteous and helpful.
