Stay away from this dealer. I had the most awful experience ever. I signed consignment and left my Tesla to this dealer for selling. The owner used my car as if it is his own car driving around everyday. It ended up adding 1200 kms just in a month. My Tesla app showed the car was driven to his home address everyday. His mechanic also drove. I left the car to him with great clean condition and took it back with dirty spots everywhere inside and out. I was pissed off and took the car back immediately after I found this.
My recommendation is to make sure everything that has been promised, detailing, extra keys, repairs, accessories, or anything else is completed before you finalize the purchase. Based on my experience, once the sale is completed, getting a response and follow-up can be very difficult. I purchased a car from APA and was told it would be ready in the morning on the pickup day. Before buying a vehicle or agreeing to any referral or bonus program with APA, I strongly recommend reading recent customer reviews on both google and their Facebook page, especially regarding customer service and after-sale support. Based on my own experience, I wish I had done more research beforehand.
I was personally present during the vehicle purchase and the discussions surrounding the referral arrangement. During the purchase process, I heard the referral benefit being discussed directly with APA. My understanding from the conversation was that after a successful referral, the agreed amount would be paid as discussed. Very disappointed with APA Automotive, especially with their customer service and how they handle promises after the vehicle is sold. My friend purchased a vehicle from APA on July 21 after I referred them. Before the purchase, we discussed the referral with Ahmed on two separate occasions and were told that I would receive an amount equivalent to the GST from my vehicle purchase after a successful referral.
