I have been seeing Dr Mclemore for 7 years. She delivered my second child and I have never had anything other then the best experiences with her specifically. This review is geared toward the service received from the women behind the counter during the check in and insurance verification process. I have made formal complaints with the hospital and the office manager regarding my final visit in their building.
Love my doctor here! He's amazing ! Never had any issues with the nurses, they are amazing, only reason for low stars is the receptionist. She is rude and always has an attitude. Never feel welcome when I walk in there. When you are the first person to interact with someone that walks through the door, you'd think you'd be more personable. And it's not just a one off, or bad day, it's every time I go for my appointment.
Dr.Tassin is AMAZING! I had c section at 34 weeks and 36 weeks and the nicu team was also amazing at the hospital.
I absolutely never leave reviews anywhere, but I wanted to do this for the sake of other women who wanna have a baby. I have had several friends recommend me to these doctors, and I have heard nothing but good things about them. However, when I called to make an appointment, the secretaries were very unkind. I absolutely love Dr. McLemore and I know Dr. Tassin is amazing as well. Dr. McLemore is very attentive. I have a high risk pregnancy so far, and she has eased so many worries. The lab techs and ultrasound techs are always so kind. However, I will say...the receptionists are so rude. I've worked in medical office administration for 8 years now and I've never seen anyone act like this. They don't even look up at you. They only give short answers. They play on their phones.
