I absolutely never leave reviews anywhere, but I wanted to do this for the sake of other women who wanna have a baby. I absolutely love Dr. McLemore and I know Dr. Tassin is amazing as well. Dr. McLemore is very attentive. I have a high risk pregnancy so far, and she has eased so many worries. The lab techs and ultrasound techs are always so kind. However, I will say...the receptionists are so rude. I've worked in medical office administration for 8 years now and I've never seen anyone act like this. They don't even look up at you. They only give short answers. They play on their phones. Doctors here are outstanding, and the nurses and lab technicians are equally wonderful. However, I’ve consistently had negative experiences with the front desk staff. I don’t say this lightly, but each time I’ve visited, the receptionists have been dismissive, unkind, and unprofessional — not just to me, but to nearly every patient I’ve observed. Receptionists are a snippy but Dr.maklemore and Dr.Tassin are AMAZING! I had c section at 34 week and the nicu team was also amazing at the hospital. I’ve never been seen earlier than 30 minutes though. Just had to wait 45 minutes to speak to the nurse about confirming my 3rd pregnancy that I was told would take maybe 10 minutes. Instead patients who arrived after me were being called back before me. Receptionists are a little snippy but Dr.maklemore and Dr.Tassin are AMAZING! I had a wonderful pregnancy and amazing c section at 34 weeks. The nicu team was also amazing at the hospital. Will be using this office for the remainder we are stationed here.
