Lisa and the team at Alexandria Tire Pros truly care about their customers. Every time I take a vehicle in, they make me feel like my family and our vehicles are the most important in the shop. They know what they are doing and do their work very professionally and fairly priced. From general service, to tires to major repairs, they have been great and I have left pleased every time. At this point I do not even consider a different service center.
The whole team at Alexandria Tire Center are great from when you make the apt. for services to check-out after they are efficiently completed. They always give me an update of any concerns recognized with the service and give options for a timeline.
We have been taking our cars here for years. Very pleased with our service!
