We've had two different cars in for work and the customer service was excellent. We got calls with thorough explanations of the problems, explanations of what would be done to correct the problems and cost estimates. In each instance, the final cost turned out to be less than the estimate. Can it get any better than that? Highly recommend, based on our experiences.

I was drawn to Tire Pros in Alexandria, Ky through Jeremy Rice. You see, I live on the West Side of Cincinnati and have probably 30 tire/wheel shops between my home and your location. BUT, when it comes to trusting someone to work on my car, especially a new one with <200 miles on it, there is only one tire shop I trust to mount and balance my wheel/tires, and it is wherever Jeremy is!! So very happy with the service I received with Rick and the rest of the crew here. I took my car in having major issues under my Uncles recommendation we took my car here and immediately found out what was going on with it. They fixed it as quickly as possible. So very thankful for the crew here and I will be back and recommend them to anyone.
Took my car to Jeremy at Alexandria Tire Pros last week with a laundry list of needs and several “uncertainties”. They were extremely transparent and professional. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. 5 stars for great customer service, competitive pricing and quality work.
My first time there, and the service blew me away!! Jeremy took care of me from start to finish. Gave me fair warning up front that they were super busy, and kept me updated on how it was going right up till I checked out. If only more companies had a customer service model like this place does! I will be back when ever I need any of the services they provide.
Great place and service. I go to Jeremy Rice for everything I need tire/car related. He gets everything taken care of for me whenever I need it. Only guy I trust with my personal car and wheels.
