I recently had a day stay procedure at SCG private hospital and couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. The nursing staff were so caring, attentive, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. The premises were modern, spotless, and incredibly welcoming, which made the whole experience feel much more comfortable and calm. Dr Bill Bye specialist and the Anaesthetist on duty were excellent. Staff placed heatpacks on both arm veins near elbow for sometime and vein was found so quickly and painlessly a true feat! Good admin and phone follow up pre admin. Caring staff in recovery area. Even though I don't reside close, impressive team work despite nurses being short staffed (it was Monday morning before 8am!!) Thanks team.
Fantastic new and modern day hospital. Very clean and spotless. Staff were beautiful and very caring for my 2.5 year old. Amazing surgeon and anaesthetist too. Great experience.
