Dr Bill Bye specialist and the Anaesthetist on duty were excellent. Staff placed heatpacks on both arm veins near elbow for sometime and vein was found so quickly and painlessly a true feat! Good admin and phone follow up pre admin. Caring staff in recovery area. Even though I don't reside close, impressive team work despite nurses being short staffed (it was Monday morning before 8am!!) Thanks team.
Fantastic new and modern day hospital. Very clean and spotless. Staff were beautiful and very caring for my 2.5 year old. Amazing surgeon and anaesthetist too. Great experience.
I recently had a gastroscopy done at Alexandria day hospital and since ive never had any procedures like that done before and no prior surgeries, i was really nervous about my sedation and didnt know what to expect. I voiced my anxiety concerns and felt very cared for by nursing staff and Dr Suhirdan. Very compassionate and kind. Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt that i was in good hands.
My daughter had surgery at this hospital yesterday. The staff were all kind friendly and welcoming. The nurse christine she had prior to surgery was lovely and all the drs and anethatist etc all are so good with kids making them feel calm and not anxious.
