The hospital was clean, and the nursing staff were lovely and accommodating. They had no specific space for breastfeeding/pumping etc, but were happy to give me a curtained off seat if I needed it. The admin side of things seems like it could do with some attention. There was no information shared about entering/where to go when you arrived. Hospital in a Telstra dead zone - despite having “guest” wifi networks staff indicated they didn’t have passwords to hand out. Don’t plan to be able to do any work / contact loved one’s easily while waiting on surgery / recovery. Staff and hospital great but providing wifi feels like a basic service these days
I had a procedure the other day, I was very comfortable in the stay. The nurses were unbelievable every one of them did a great job. I was surprised the next day when i received a call from a nurse to see if I was okay well done to all the workers, Nurses and doctors everybody was amazing.
I had the best experience at the day hospital, the nurses were so lovely and the level of care/after care was the best I've ever received. Thank you team.
