I went to your mall on Oct . 2nd during a recent visit with my son & family in your state & town. I suddenly needed to use your bathroom after a late lunch that didn’t agree with me. The bathroom was being cleaned & I begged the “female” maid several times to let me in as it was an emergency & I would most likely soil my clothing If she would not let me in. I recently went walking in the mall for exercise due to a recent back surgery. I was so shocked to see how many stores were closed and the horrible condition the mall is in. And what is with the obnoxiously loud workout place across the way from Visionworks that rattles one’s brain?!? It used to be a pleasant shopping experience but not anymore...not to mention there is only three places to eat and one place I wouldn’t be so sure they would pass a health inspection. I would NOT recommend this mall to anyone. This mall is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. In all my life I have never been treated with such disrespect and as if I were nobody. I will never visit this mall ever again.
I don’t mean to be one of “those people” but if y’all are gonna close at 845 instead of 9 at least let people know. Me and my husband just tried to go in and the doors were locked at 845. And it says 9 online. Ridiculous
So we want teens safe and off the street yet according to these ridiculous new rules, anyone in a group of more than three people have to be family or else be kicked out. I see no problem in letting a group of teens hang out as long as they're causing no problems. This mall is already going down. Businesses can't stay open and are constantly closing and if you guys keep these new rules, it'll be even more empty than it already is
You guys SUCK !!! Hope you loose ALL your business and have to shut down . Alexandria Mall already suck and now a family of 6 can't come to shop... and girls can not wear shorts this SUMMER... LMAO ya'll tripping on something BADDD. �
