This facility deserves 5 stars! From the beautiful building, well lit parking lot, the very nice, friendly and professional caring lady at the front desk to the nurse and RAD Tech who I encountered. All perfect!!! Was seen quickly and and efficiently. My triage nurse was so kind and wonderful and caring. Perfect example a what a nurse should be. As a regular patient that has been going to this medical center for years, my recent experience has not been well. Wait time was 5 hours and during that time span no one checked on me or gave me any medicine for pain, or anything of any nature. I will no longer in the future use this hospital for medical assistance In my life, and I would not recommend anyone that I know to visit or be treated there.
Always get the treatment I need to get me back on my feet. My illness is ongoing and debilitating and it’s appreciated that the friendly, professional staff at AEH listens to the information I give them and responds in kind. Much thanks to Dr. Spears and the entire staff!
They gave up trying to determine the cause of my pain. I do not have but my right ovary. The check in nurse said do not take your meds until you have been evaluated, so I did not until prior to my leaving. I gave myself from my meds 1) 800 mg Ibuprofen, 1) 2mg Tizanidine, and 1) 50mg tramodol. Sat in car while waiting for pills to kick in, because again I was not told until he went to discharge me to take my medicine. Nurse was rude. She did not give me the nurse call button.
