Alexandria DME billed Medicare twice in the amount of $1990 each time for services and goods never provided. I have never heard of this company, and never received anything from them. Medicare paid out $3728 on this fraudulent claim. They need to be shut down!

Never heard of this outfit until I discovered that Medicare had paid them $3850 for supplies we never ordered and never received. Also found that they were taken to federal court and are prohibited from doing business with medicare. I filed a fraud case with medicare on this but fail to understand why they continue to pay them!! I will be keeping a very close watch from now on and am waiting for them to send a bill. If I lived in Kentucky they would be getting a personal visit.

This company filed charges to my Medicare and Medigap insurance , for June and July,2023. The claims were fraudulent and I caught it on my Medicare Summary Notice. Medicare paid but my Medigap insurance denied the claim, thank God. They need to be shut down. The claims did not belong to me and I did report them to both Medicare and my gap insurance. Unless the Government shuts them down, it will continue to happen.

This company charged Medicare nearly $4000 for services I did not receive. This company needs to be shut down!!! They are totally FRAUD!!!!!!!

This company filed 2 claims with Medicare against my account in July and August this year. Medicare paid the claims to the tune of $1990.00 each. They are both fraud! Medicare and US Gov needs to shut them down and jail those responsible!

Alexandria DME filed 2 false claims for me with Medicare. This is fraud! I advised Medicare and my supplemental insurance company of this fraud. Read your Medicare & other health insurance statements so you can catch this fraud!

This company filed a medicare and Blue Cross claim on me that was non existent. Complete fraud. I filed a complaint with Medicare and Blue Cross. Do not do business with this company. They don't deserve a one star review.

This is a sham company that specializes in stealing your medicare ID # and then charging for supplies that where never requested by a legitimate physician and then never shipped to the supposed patient. Their phone number is bogus but the medicare eagerly pays whatever they bill for.
