Second time reporting fraud to Medicare now I’m calling the FBI to stop this nonsense.
They billed me $19,000 for catheter devices that I don't use. A total fraud that I reported to Medicare. MUST REPORT
Just received a Medicare claim for $2,922.76 I never heard of this company. I called Medicare and told them that Alexandria DME is a scam and a fraud and not to pay anything!!!
Fraud! I also have Tricare for Life (military) and Tricare denied the billing form Alexandria DME (ordered by Brintha F Vasagar) BUT Medicare paid amounts of $1,990.00 seven (7) times, totaling over $10,000.00. Doesn't Medicare require documentation the same as Tricare and other insurance companies? No wonder our SSA and Medicare is going broke!!!!!
Today I reviewed a billing from them for a bit over $11,000 for six visits each $1,990.00. Never heard of this company before and since I am prior Military I also have Tricare for Life. Tricare denied them as reports that they were a fraudulent company. Looks like other had the same problem but Medicare continues to pay them even after they were reported for possible fraud. If you report them to Medicare as fraud you may be entitled to a reward.
absolute fraud- can't believe they have not been shut down- I reported to Medicare the fraudulent claim the filed- 600 urinary catheters- total Medicare payment of $4374.72 plus $1116 to my supplement carrier!

I opened my Medicare Summary Notice and found payments to Alexandria DME, whom I have never heard of, for June and July 2023. Almost $3,000 was paid to them for supplies. I contacted the Medicare fraud line. Then I found this information on- line. This group needs to be shut down.
