This place is horrible, the rooms are anything but clean, the curtains in the rooms have questionable marks on them (possibly blood?). The emergency exit stairs are so dirty and falling apart that I would rather not use them in an emergency. The roof of the main building has leaks all over the place so the carpet on the first floor gets wet every time it rains heavily. They have a kids play area that I honestly wouldn't bother letting kids play in as it gets wet and by now could be growing health hazards in the carpet/object... read more

Natalie Spindler is full of it. My wife and I were here for 6 months during my cancer surgery journey. We found Benny to be the most caring person. Our room was serviced every week. All of the staff were very friendly. This is a courteousy I will never forget. The room was beautifully appointed. Thank you Ben, Margaret, Alisa and Dennis. Also Cameron Sandy and Red.

Very friendly , very clean .. cooking is microwave and air fryer, arrial can be confuesing to new comers, once you figger out parking is quite comferable, all ways some one about happy to help.

My son did a review saying how nice the staff were but the building was in need of some repairs. All buildings age and upkeep is a part of life. I knew nothing about this review but after them yelling at us i decided to read it and found it was a kind and very respectful review. I was both shocked and disgusted the staff thought they had the right to yell at us about it and then wake us up at 3 am in the morning with a txt accusing my son of smoking in the room when they knew we don't.
