Alex is both kind and understanding while being supportive. She’s very knowledgeable about mental health and does her absolute best to work with you to get to a better place. I came to her with my emotional state in shambles and piece by piece she helped me get to a place that I thought I’d never be able to reach again. I cannot recommend her enough. If you have any choice to where to go for therapy, seriously consider going to her!!
Alexandra has truly changed my life for the better. I was hesitant about therapy but my eyes have been opened to a whole new path. Every session feels intriguing in different ways. I really feel like the treatment is custom to my needs in a warmly challenging way.
Alex treats patients like people, and not like merely a disorder housed in a body. She is a wonderful therapist who was able to help my son when other therapists were unable to. I'm forever grateful to her.
