Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
