Such a ridiculous hospital honestly made me sit outside in the heat with my 4year old as he’s covered in a rash it’s getting worse and worse. I called the er to politely ask how much longer and let them know it’s getting worse like they told me to do and was treated by the rudest most disrespectful woman ever, completely disgusting behaviour.

So I've been dealing with an injury for a little over a week I'm trying to mend on my own. I called ahead asking if that was the place that I should go to get some x-rays done and the person on the phone told me yes. Then I get into the back room after a short wait we'll call it for an ER, only to be greeted by the rudest chief of emerge I've ever seen or experienced in my life. If that's her normal bedside manner she perhaps should find some ways to release the tension.
