Had a really great experience with this hospital. Special thanks to Chris, our nurse who helped take care of my mom. His kind disposition made the visit to the ER a little easier.
Was always told this is a convalescence hospital, not much more. Understaffed, If your in a serious situation I would go to London or Hamilton.
When they ask you if you want your loved one to be "comfortable", they mean "do you want us to overdose them with morphine?"
