September 16th 2:31pm. *edit* 2:45 pm (38 sec call) After trying to get in contact with my family physician Dr. Collin’s. Her secretary, rather than let people know calls are at a higher volume or that I would need to be put on hold, she unknowingly sighs deeply over the phone and says complaining about the calls saying “OH MY GOD, like seriously” before ending said call. Dr. Bruce has been my Dr. Since she came out of med school. compassion and patience is one of many things I could say about her .
Dr. Carola Collins, unfortunately i have no other means of contacting you , your staff had no right to read my emails loudly as other people were walking by me in the hallway, last time I checked it breaches doctor patients confidentiality under (PHIPA), which I'll be filling a complaint as well your staff is not my doctor, patronizing me as to why I didn't travel 2 hours away for an ultrasound, unrelated with my current condition. My doctor fabricated information in my medical records. When I complained about it to the CPSO there was nothing they were willing to do to help me. Which the doctor knows and that's why the doctor is able to get away with fabricating my medical records.
