I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Carola Collins. I visited her 2–3 times because I was dealing with serious health concerns, but I never felt that my symptoms were taken seriously. She sent me for an ultrasound, but I never received a call to discuss the results. I had to call the office myself and book follow-up appointments. What is the point in having a Dr. when they tell you to go and see a pharmacist I instead of making an appointment. The pharmacist charges you. I have OHIP to cover my Dr. not a pharmacist.
September 16th 2:31pm. *edit* 2:45 pm (38 sec call) After trying to get in contact with my family physician Dr. Collin’s. Her secretary, rather than let people know calls are at a higher volume or that I would need to be put on hold, she unknowingly sighs deeply over the phone and says complaining about the calls saying “OH MY GOD, like seriously” before ending said call.
