My wife and I rented one-room apartments in this complex. Unfortunately, not everything is as perfect as it seemed at first. The staff treats the tenants very seriously. We called a local technician to fix our bathroom. A long-haired man and his colleague came, who introduced himself as the owner of the building. As a result, the work was not done. By far the best property management I've ever dealt with. The office manager is very kind and has been extremely helpful. The building and units are clean and charming. Location is amazing for everything but parking.
We just moved in not long ago, but we absolutely love it! Not only are the apartments super cute (big windows, hardwood floors, and some apartments have beautiful brick walls) but the location is great and management here is stellar! They’re very attentive and willing to answer any questions you may have. They really care about the building and their tenants.
