If you have complex medical issues, this is not the PCP you want managing your care. Appointments are scheduled extremely far out, making it difficult to get timely help. And when you finally do get seen, the interactions feel rushed, dismissive, and as if your concerns are an inconvenience rather than something worth addressing. I originally chose this provider based on a family member’s early experience but over time, their experience also shifted and became just as unpleasant.
