Management, staff and location are spot on! Service needs promptly taken care of and management looks after property as if it were their home. Walking distance to grocery store is a benefit!

Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. DO NOT STAY AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! DO NOT STAY AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! Terrible management, maintenance, and neighbors that call the cops on you for supposedly having your tv too loud but it wasn't loud. They called the cops at 8:45 pm to complain about it and the noise ordinance doesn't go into effect until 10:00 pm. Also, the place is roach infested as they were crawling all over the apartment. When I brought this up with management, they only had the pest control people come out once a month and then charged us an ... read more

Jean is an amazing manager that truly loves her residents. Our family just attended her annual Thanksgiving dinner that she hosts and you can really tell that being the property manager at Alexandra isn't just a job for her, it's her passion. If you want to live somewhere and be treated not just like a number but like family this is the place to be! Thanks for all you do, Jean! Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed and you are so appreciated!!!
Jean is absolutely amazing! She cares about her residents and treats them like family! Who else would have a thanksgiving dinner every year for her "family residents". She also does other activities throughout the year and takes very good care of the property.
very friendly staff....Jean is the best cook and makes treats for residents too! Yummy!
