Overall, we had a very good experience at Alexander’s—what you’d expect from a quality steakhouse. The service was friendly and polite, though a bit slow at times, as we had to wait to order additional drinks and request bread. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff made it special with a complimentary cucumber-based appetizer, a card, and a brownie dessert decorated with “Happy Anniversary.” Those thoughtful touches were truly appreciated.
