Initially everything went well with the install, but when the transition molding from LVP flooring to carpet came off and cracked due to the nails popping out, I call Alexander Floors 3 times to repair it. Each time they told me they would send someone out and they never show up. I would say stay away from this company because they are not good at coming back and repairing thier defects.
The initial process was very good in regards to communication and professionalism. We were very happy with our floors. Unfortunately, the company was unwilling to follow up on some issues we had with our floors soon after installation. After numerous attempts to discuss our concerns, they simply sent a picture of the product they used on our floors, defending the product quality, rather than listening to our concerns and fixing the problem. This is the job that Alexander flooring did on my stair railing. Under the supervision of Ivan Sajin-morris. They have blocked my emails and phone calls.
I’ve used Alexander’s Floors twice now for hardwood flooring projects, and they’ve done an excellent job both times. Their work is high quality and the pricing is fair. I’d definitely recommend them and will call on them again for future projects.
