I started seeing Chere about 15 years ago for haircuts and color, and now I also see Mel. I love that I am able to communicate what I am looking for and each time I am amazed at the end result. Chere has the utmost respect for her clients and her staff. Spokane is very fortunate to have Alexander York.

Today was my 2nd visit with Mel and I have to say, I’ve never had better treatment in the care of anyone else here in Spokane. She’s personable and is so experienced and passionate about her job that it seems like just a great friend is styling your hair. Always adamant about what I want for my hair while also recommending what’s best based on the state/health of it. She’s my main gal for hair � staff is professional yet like a family amongst themselves. Makes for a relaxing and inviting environment!
If I could give this place a 100+ Stars I would! This place is amazing for the whole family! My family has been going there for years and honestly the only place we will go for our hair needs/cuts! Chere and her staff are very professional, fair and very good at what they do. If you are looking for a new place to get your hair needs you will not be disappointed...hands down the best in town!
Been getting my hair color and cut with Chere for at least 10 Year’s now and love it every time. The salon is gorgeous, the employees are very knowledgeable and professional, love all the Kevin Murphy products that they offer. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere, and now my 13 year old son is getting his haircuts with Alex and refuses to go back to Great Clips where they constantly messed up his hair. Definitely would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a high quality work.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place is amazing, from the unique ambiance and vibe to the skill level of the stylists. Chere and her team are consistent and professional. In fact, my entire family goes here now (wife, daughter 8 and daughter 11). We're customers for life!
