Alex is an awesome Chef! I love his BBQ pork chops. Delectable! He also makes a "mean" Eggs Benedict! Poached his eggs in water without a poacher! He also makes his hollandaise sauce from "scratch". So I strongly recommend you give Alex's cuisine a try. I guarantee you'll be back for more. Cheers!
