Since I can’t give 0 stars…..I stared seeing Dr. Kerns a few years ago and I figured I just had to adjust because I LOVED my previous doctor. I was so wrong. He doesn’t listen to patient concerns, makes you feel like a number rather than a patient. Makes you feel like as a woman your just supposed to suffer. When I told him sex was painful he said, well keep trying. It’s like exercise and it’ll get less painful the more you do it. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Just stay away!!!! Family doctor sent me to the emergency room because she had concerns. She also sent her notes which I doubt he read. Dr Radke doesn't listen to patient. Even when you tell him what he wrote is not correct he just replies 'that's what I heard'. Poor communication. He didn't even look at my test results until I saw them online and asked what the results meant. Horrible experience and will avoid Aspirus Emergency unless I'm unconscious.
Dr. Hostetler is an amazing dermatologist. I've never written a review for anyone before this, but she is truly deserving. She addressed my concerns professionally and made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. She's a great doctor and a wonderful, compassionate person!
My husband did a virtual visit with Dr. Rahn Saturday evening and she prescribed medicine to get him feeling much better. She was very kind a caring and took her time with him. I definitely recommend her!!!
Nothing like going to a doctor for medical help and being accused of looking for drugs, with zero history of that type of behavior. I was appalled and insulted. To be frank, it took several years for me to find another physician after that incident because it left me feeling so badly and as you can tell, the feeling persists. Just a really terrible experience.
Dr. Smith has quickly and efficiently fixed my problems for many years, since being on the west end of Ames with McF. Clinic. Several minor surgeries were quick and perfect. She immediately diagnosed an allergy to a med I used for a severe skin rash. Every time, she's professionally fixed it. Ankeny office is kind and proficient in their work.
Just a business like nice guy. I was very impressed and would be Happy to have him as my Primary Dr.
this doctor does not listen to his patients. seems to not like women and dismissive. not helpful and brushes off what later turned out to be an issue requiring surgery. very arrogant.
I know two women personally who have had horrible outcomes after this man performed surgery on them. Other doctors told them he made large errors during surgery. He is also from my personal experience is heartless and condescending. Pick any other doctor. Stay away from this man.
