I have been taking my little ones to Dr. Bracken for as long as he has been there. Close to twenty or more years. I would never think of going anywhere else. He is the best vet there ever was....so compassionate, so thoughtful and such a great Doctor. He is good with my little family. They are comfortable with him. I used to live close by but have since moved 25 miles away and still drive down to his office. He and his staff rate the highest score there is for being the best. Beverlee Judd.
Dr. B treats us like family! Best vet ever! Dr. B has been our vet for 5 years now and each visit we have always recieved the best service from not only from his staff but him as well. We have been to a few vets prior and they never went half the distance Dr. B has gone for us. I have known Dr. Bracken over 15 years Dr. Bracken and his staff are dedicated to dogs and cats and they love all animals. Dr Bracken diagnosed my dogs illness and he lived for many years. My sisters dog was misdiagnosed and died of the very same thing in California. Years ago Dr. Bracken also diagnosed a rare problem with another dogs pancreas. She is 9 years old now, and doing very well. Do not hesitate to take your dog or cat to this outstanding vet and his excellent staff!

Compassionate and Caring My first contact with Dr.Bracken was almost 10 years ago when I was sitting for a friend's pet. He called on a weekend to check the dog's progress from a recent illness. Dr. B has attended to all six of our dogs, and when the older two (both were 13+) simply could go on no longer he showed so much compassion when we faced what all animal-lovers hate to do at the end of our pet's lives. Took great care of my loved pet. Everyone was very personable and I was nervous to bring little Oliver (my cat) in for a declawing. They made me feel very comfortable, showed my his labs, and the doctor personally call me at home on the weekend to see how he was feeling. I have now transfered all my previous records to this office. He is my new vet and he is the BEST!!!! Great prices as well. Others wanted to charge me 500 dollar for the front paws. He did it for 175 dollars. Over all Impressed.
bad service I had checked their facility before boarding my dog. The environment is stinky and dirty. They don't let your dog go outdoor to have some play time. The only area that they can do exercise is a little area(about 3 square feet) and is also where they poo and pee(very clean uh???) They don't allow your dog to have their own toy in their cage. results of tests I would have to hope the results for your tests were on the favorable side. Yes the atmosphere is relaxed and sometimes you may have to call for the results. I have had 4 pets while using Dr. Bracken's services and if there were a big problem he was on the phone to give me all the details on how to help our beloved pet. An unpleasant experience I was very disappointed in my service with this vet, especially after reading such nice reviews. After an emergent visit with my ailing pet i was promised a call with test results that after 3 days still has not materialized. Perhaps wellness visits, and nail clippings are this clinic's specialties and it might be better to leave emergencies and illness to another professional.
