Dr. Is concerned with your eyes. Asked questions needed, answered ones I asked. Very thorough exam . Have been to him for years, cataracts, eye glasses, Shingles check up! Ashtabula is very lucky to have a Doctor of his caliber and experience! He’s there to dianosis and treat! Not waste your time. I highly respect him!
If you are looking for a physician who is understanding, you might not find it in Dr. Taisch sadly. I've been very ill for weeks. I missed two appointments; because I was ill my mind was not focused on anything else. His office sent me a registered letter that he would no longer recieve me as his patient! This is very sad. He is an excellent eye surgeon, great skills just not in this area.

Great Dr. Never had a problem and he listened to any and all concerns as well as explained everything to me when he diagnosed me with open angle glaucoma.
Staff is excellent.. possibly the best in Ashtabula. The Dr. On the other hand. Shows no signs of caring whatsoever. Very stern. Cold. Dry. almost as if you are bothering him and how dare you. Does not want to hear what your thoughts are. Basically he fits in at the clinic perfectly.
