Extremely disappointing experience. Alex is truly clueless and based on how this was handled, it’s no surprise the unit still hasn’t sold. I went out of my way to be a good tenant. Rent was always paid on time. I left the unit spotless. I allowed access for showings even though I wasn’t required to. I street parked my car after being told when he sold me on the lease that’s there was a parking spot for me.
