Dr song was very nice and helpful
I had a great experience with Dr. Song. I felt so much relief because I could tell he reviewed my medical records diligently and had clarifying questions for me in our intake appointment. More importantly, I didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to explain the why behind the path forward with care. Great first visit — professional, kind, and very thorough.
All staff were courteous and efficient, and Dr. Song’s bedside manner was exceptional. He made me feel safe and truly seen, clearly explaining every step of the process. Overall, it was a thoughtful and reassuring experience.
