Almost a year and as usual no updates on my case but ever other month i have to keep calling to get information but not much information lately never even heard from the actual attorney no phone call to even to properly introduce himself to me. Im so frustrated and irritated at the same time , wish i could go with another firm 😡
I've had my case with deshawne Thomas at the Franklin branch since November and I've never even heard his voice had to look him up to see what he looks like keep calling and requesting updates and not a word! Idk why in the world I didn't read the reviews before picking a law firm.
Valarie is very nice and anything I need help with she always there to take care of it I never have a problem with getting Intouch with her will recommend to anyone
My attorney James Sullivan and his team Orosi and Melida were amazing. My personal injury claim finally came to a close. Mr.Sullivan fought for me every step of the way. He was compassionate, listened when I had concerns, and always kept me informed. I cannot recommend enough. If I ever need an attorney in the future, hands down....I'm calling him.
