I just had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with him on Friday, and I'm extremely impressed. He was such a pleasant doctor with a great bedside manner, which made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process, and you can tell he cares about his patients. I can say the same about his office manager; she was very helpful.
They schedule telemed for my first appointment. They emailed me a patient packet. I didn't notice my email. No phone call telling me they were going to email me a packet. The day before the appointment they text message me saying that if I didn't fill out that packet the appointment would have to be canceled. I don't have a printer nor do I look at my emails every day. I get 50 emails a day at least. They could have called me or text message me to tell me they were sending a packet.
