Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Communication became inconsistent, can’t get a hold of him, he is clearly too busy for my business. A real estate transaction is already stressful, so having an agent/team that adds confusion instead of clarity made the process much harder than it needed to be. Professionalism and client advocacy should come first, and that just wasn’t my experience here. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I do think people should know what they may be walking into.
Alexander Rodino Collective is a top notch organization, extremely knowledgeable of Savannah and surrounding areas. Rosa Carpenter specifically is a fantastic agent, and a relentless worker on behalf of her clients. She will NOT rest until she has helped you find your forever home. Mrs Tina Lanier is so caring so ambitious just her actions outweighs her words because she really wants to get you the best deal and home. I would not trade her for no one and I highly recommend her on any level!!!!
