Great staff, great doctor !
Very professional and excellent on explaining the procedures at task.
From the moment I walked into the office to the time I left, and every moment in between I was made to feel comfortable with everyone interested in helping me. I was waited on at exactly the time of my appointment. Dr Alexander Riccio was through and very kind. I’m so happy he was recommended to me.
Dr. Riccio and Jessica have been great to deal with. They answer all questions and are very accommodating. You are treated with respect and talked to like a human being. They have made a nerve wracking situation much easier to handle.
I am very pleased with the whole process with Dr RICCIO and the entire staff. Everyone was so pleasant and supportive. I would Recommend Dr RICCIO Highly. I look forward to getting some results and discuss the process forward. I have now been to 2 locations in the Bone and Joint Offices… and was completely satisfied with my care that they are so wonderful in sharing all the options that are given to us instead of just pushing your way they talk everything out.
